I like it - personally, I find it distracting to have a Twitter tab open all day at work. This allows me to catch your stuff in my RSS reader.
My next question is: how the heck did you do that? And can I do that with my free WordPress account?

Damn, only one yay and one nay? How is that supposed to help me? :) Well, I’ve already taken these posts out of the home screen view. Now these posts won’t show up if you just come to the front page of this blog, but they will still show up if you browse archives of any kind, do a search, and so on and so forth. They are also still in the RSS feed for the time being.
Anyone else have an opinion on this?
Tom, I use a plugin called Twitter Tools to grab my Twitter updates and pull them into this blog as a digest. I don’t know if you can add plugins like this to a free WordPress.com account. Yet another reason why you should have your own server. ;) I also had to do some modifications to get the posts not to show up on my front page after I decided I didn’t like them there. I twittered about that, plus provided a link to the code I used.

I actually like it. But then I also like Livejournal, which is MADE for delivering the minutia of my friends’ lives to me in feed format. So I might not be representative.

There is probably a difference in what my friends are interested in seeing about me and what others are interested in reading when they find this blog. I’m still not sure what to do. Does this warrant different Twitter accounts, for different streams? That’d be annoying for me, if not for my readers. I’m still experimenting anyway, so whatever…. It’s not like this is a business decision. At least, not yet. :)

I like the stalker updates. I look at them as a stream of conscious thought pattern. I think it fits you from what I have read of you.
