- This is this first weekend in a long time that I have nothing work-related planned for. I’m not sure if that’s relaxing or worrying…. #
- Trying out Hahlo.com for mobile twittering (tweeting?). It’s pretty slick. Anyone else have good tips for iPod touch users on the go? #
- My play party logic: $40 entrance fee + older people + dress code = I’m not going. #
- I’m at a BBQ. Friends and booze is great. #
- The only bad part of this evening was stepping in a puddle. The rest was a lot of fun. #
- I think “work/life” balance is missing the point. There’s much more to it than that. Like, sex? That’s not always just part of life…or work. #

You know, it’s interesting to me that while I can so see the point of wanting to meet kinksters your own age, not necessarily those all older, yours and Eileen’s relationship is one of the few I’ve ever seen online that I can relate to. I tend to read kinky people’s descriptions of how they interact and go ‘no, that’s not me either.’ And, of course, I suspect I would vastly qualify as older people.
I do agree on hating the dress code. I suppose it’s there to keep out the general public, but I really don’t want to have to dress up like some kind of male sub’s dream to be able to go to a club. Which, I suppose, is why I don’t go to clubs (that and having too much work to do). I don’t mind dressing up, I mind it being mandatory.

Yes, yes, yes! Exactly!
