Oh wow, you’re moving here? You should hit me up when you’re next in town, it would be lovely to meet you in person. Also, if you need any help/advice on the housing front, let me know, I’m always happy to share my experiences living in various SF / East Bay neighborhoods. (I also frequently hear about open rooms/sublets, if you need something while finding a permanent home. Though they’re mostly in co-ops and punk houses…)

I am indeed moving to San Francisco, subversive_sub. :) I intend to find a place in central San Francisco—I checked out the East Bay but didn’t like it and am willing to sacrifice space and cost for location—sometime in late June, or very early July (like, for a July 1st move in date). I would love to hear about any openings you discover. I may email you privately closer to the date of my move to ask for more advice since you offer.
